The House and all the rooms are freshly decorated and nicely furnished, homely, bedroom includes double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of draws and a sofa You will be sharing with my partner and I, who are both hard working and like a calm and clean home to return to at the end of the day. Two other rooms in the house is also rented. The house is a beautiful large Victorian town house, five bedrooms, luxury bathroom with bath (my partner and I have our own separate bathroom), large kitchen with a seating area, incl tv. All the bills are included, incl WIFI. The house is heated inline with a full time 9-5 job. The communal areas are cleaned weekly by a cleaner, so you are only expected to clean up your own room, dishes or accidents. a small proportion towards the cost of a cleaner is included in the rent. Therefore cleaning products, bin bags etc. are provided for you. You have access to basic cooking tools, plates, cups, pans, cutley, which are shared by all. Large american fridge freezer and your own cupboard to store your food. Kitchen has a large range cooker to use and the kitchen is a lovely space to sit and read, watch tv and cook. If you are looking for a serviced room (bedding, weekly clean with bed change, this can be provided at a extra cost of £10 per week or included in £420 per month if your only looking for 3-4 nights accommodation. All inclusive rent is £420 first and last months rent due in advance, rent then payable monthly by standing order, rent term is monthly rolling contact. no pet, smoking outside only, no couples (but you can pay the rent of two rooms if you wish), No DSS, must be in employment or will consider a mature student. The Uplands, its a lovely area with shops and resturants about 1-2 minute walk from the house, there are three parks no more than 5 minutes away, Singleton Park, Brynmill park and Cwmdonkin park. 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and its about the same distance to the centre of town and the train and bus station. There is a great bus route a few minutes walk from the house.
