A large spacious family home close to the Uplands village of Swansea. We have a large room, sea and/or crescent facing, with a king size bed, wooden floors, privacy, plenty of storage and a welcoming tea/coffee tray in the room. There is a loo and basin on the same floor and share of two bathrooms (bath and power shower options) on the floor down of this 5 storey Victorian house. Internet, bedding and utilities included. Laundry facilities. No party animals or overnight guests. Smokers are welcome to use the garden. Must be OK around a dog and cat. FREE parking available at rear of property or around crescent opposite. Charges do not include food - but there is a large fridge so when you want to cook up something rather than go out then you're are free to do so (as long as you supply the food and clear up after yourself!). Ideal guests or lodgers would be personable, independent, low maintenance, friendly, respectful and clean. We have rented our rooms out for a few years and are comfortable with others sharing our home - your room is your room and we don't micro manage! If you're looking for a warm and welcoming home to stay in, please do get in touch! Previous guests return when in town so you can't get a better recommendation than that! We prefer to accept guests / lodgers for three months and then if it works out, we may consider longer stays. We look forward to welcoming you!
