Custom Built PC - Great for gaming or very heavy work loads - 1440p monitor - Costs £1000+ new in Swansea, Swansea for sale

I built the PC myself last September. The specs are as follows; intel i5 4690k processor, MSI Z97 Gaming 5 ATX Motherboard - LGA1150 Socket 16GB DDR3 Hyper X Fury RAM, Raedon XFX R9 390 Graphics card, 1000w PSU Logitech Z506 5.1 Surround Sound speakers Coolermaster Hyper 212 CPU cooler Phanteks Enthoo Pro Case CrossOver 2795QHD 2560x1440 LG AH-IPS Non-Glare 27" Monitor The computer works brilliantly. Reason for sale is I have completed my university degree and no longer require a computer this powerful. It has very rarely ever left second gear. I play games on it maybe 2-3 times a month, most of the time was spent browsing the internet or completing work. I will not be selling the hard drives or SSD with the PC so you would have to buy a new hard drive to reinstall Windows. I had a look on PCPartPicker to see how much it would cost to build new today and excluding the screen, speakers and hard drive it still came to £970. I am asking for £650 for the PC with the parts listed above and speakers or £800 including the 2560x1440p monitor. New this would all cost ~£1200+ I am happy to email plenty of photos to serious buyers. Collection from Treboeth. Thanks
